Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent
This error occurs when the global.php file is included after output. It is recommended that the global.php file is at top of the PHP file that is including global.php. You may see an empty page where you expected news to be displayed if an error does not appear due to the host your using PHP Configuration.
